With high magnetic remanence, high coercive force and high magnetic energy product, sintered NdFeB magnet is used widely in modern industries, including motors, speakers, generators, CDDVD-ROM, nuclear magnetic resonance, magnetic sensors, magnetic separators, magnetic filters, and other magnetic force control tools.To get a finished sintered NdFeB magnet, it has to go through a series of complicated production processes, with the help of couples of equipments, including Vacuum Inducting Melting Furnace, Crusher, Jet Milling Machine, Magnetic field oriented press, Isostatic Pressing Machine, Sintering Furnace and kinds of testing equipments. And in order to get requested shape and size, and meet the final dimension tolerance, sintered NdFeB magnet is usually accomplished with various kinds of machines, such as drilling machine, cutting machine, grinding machine, etc.Sintered NdFeB magnet is available in several normal shapes, disc, rod, rectangular, cube, ring, sphere, arc, and tile.
